• Account details: name and email you provide when signing up.
• Purchase and raffle data: ticket quantities, raffle selections, Stripe references (e.g., Payment Intent, Charge IDs, receipt URLs). We do not store full card details.
• Messages: content you submit via Contact Us and support channels.
• Logs: basic device, browser, and event logs required to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

• Provide SnapDraw features (account, ticket purchases, draws, receipts).
• Send transactional emails (e.g., receipts, winner notifications).
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse/fraud, and support users.
• Comply with legal and tax obligations (e.g., record keeping).

Sharing and Service Providers

We share data with providers who help us run SnapDraw:

• Stripe: payment processing. Card details are handled by Stripe.
• Firebase: hosting, authentication, database, and Cloud Functions.
• Postmark: email delivery for receipts and notifications.

Hosts may access necessary buyer and raffle information to run their draws, fulfil prizes, and respond to support requests. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We retain records as needed to operate the service and meet legal/tax requirements. For example, payment references and receipts may be kept for up to seven years.

• Access, correct, or delete your information: contact us using the details below.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails: follow instructions in messages (transactional emails may still be sent).

Cookies

We use necessary cookies, such as authentication cookies and lightweight session flags (e.g., access gate state), to operate the site. Payment providers may set their own cookies.

We use industry-standard protections including TLS in transit and secure managed services. No method is 100% secure; please contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.
